All services are by appointment so each treatment can be prepared and customized in advance.
Before your appointment
A calm experience begins with clarity.
Appointments are intentionally prepared and customized. These guidelines protect your time, Natalie’s time, and the serenity of the studio.
Email communication
Appointment confirmations, reminders, notices, and service communications are sent by email only. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate email address and monitoring it.
Timing and late arrivals
Call or text as soon as possible if you expect an appointment timing issue. Skin Reverence provides a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so the following client's appointment can begin on time. The scheduled appointment end time cannot be extended due to late arrival.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service cost.
Health & Comfort
Share allergies, medications, sensitivities, recent procedures, pregnancy, and relevant health changes before treatment.
Studio Serenity
The studio is intentionally calm and private. Please silence devices and coordinate guests with Natalie in advance.
Preparation
Follow the preparation and aftercare guidance provided for your specific facial, peel, microneedling, or waxing service.
