Timing
Arrive ready to begin at your scheduled time. If you expect a delay, call or text the studio as soon as possible.
Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are presented during booking. Contact the studio promptly when plans change.
Health & Comfort
Share allergies, medications, sensitivities, recent procedures, pregnancy, and relevant health changes before treatment.
Studio Serenity
The studio is intentionally calm and private. Please silence devices and coordinate guests with Natalie in advance.
Preparation
Follow the preparation and aftercare guidance provided for your specific facial, peel, microneedling, or waxing service.
